To provide more information on the services we provide, we’ve included a list of frequently asked questions below.

We provide:

Food
- Biscuits, Prime 100 Dog Roll – some flavours
- Raw chicken & veggie or beef & veggie mince
- Yoghurt and eggs along with
raw meaty bones/chicken frames or pigs ears (if permitted)

Bedding
Framed off the floor beds, Blankets, Toys and Jackets (for those lacking a little coat)

Medication
We are very happy to administer medications (Oral form only) you may bring for your pet at No extra cost. (We will not administer injection type medications.)

Engagement
We interact with the dogs and give them playtime to ensure enrichment whilst they stay with us.
Frequently Asked Questions
If your dog requires a special diet we suggest you provide your own food – clearly labelled please. There is no discount for this service as it needs to be stored and prepared separately from our other preparation.
Please ensure your Dog is treated for Fleas and Ticks 2 weeks prior to Boarding with us OR we can treat your Pet at a cost of $25.00 – this is to protect both your dog and other boarders.
Your pet will feature on our Facebook Page – Instagram having a great time playing in our grassed yards in the morning sunshine.
We interact with the dogs and give them playtime to ensure enrichment whilst they stay with us.
Long Term Stays (Dogs & Cats)
Clients requiring long term stays for their pet(s) should contact us to discuss
pricing.
Rates will be discounted depending on number of pets to be in our care and the length of stay.
A 10% surcharge is applicable to peak times. Peak times are 20 December through to, and including January 6 and Good Friday through to, and including Easter
Monday.
