Terms & Conditions

  1. That Fantastik Paws Pet Resort & Grooming (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Resort’, which expression will include the proprietors and their servants and agents) bears no responsibility for the loss, injury, sickness or death whilst at the Resort.  We take all possible care of your pets but no responsibility.
  2. That the Resort bears no responsibility for any collars, leads, containers or other articles left with the Resort.
  1. That I shall pay the charges outlined below during the period of lodgement of pets with the Resort, and shall also pay the cost of any veterinary attention to the pets lodged with the Resort, and shall also pay the cost of any veterinary attention to the pets which is deemed necessary by the Resort during that period. Vet – If at any time your dog needs a Vet, we will contact your Vet or take the dog to Kudah Veterinary Clinic in Forrestdale or any closer Vet available at that time. ALL vet bills are the responsibility of the owner of the dog/s and are to be paid in full before the release of your dog to you.
  2. Immunisation – All pets age should be 6 months or over and should be fully immunized. All Vaccination certificates MUST be shown upon admission to boarding. Minimum requirements is C5 for dogs. 
  3. Fantastik Paws Pet Resort reserves the right to refuse entry of any pet without reason.
  1. That payments to the Resort made no later than the date of admittance of the pets shall be made by cash, and any payments made after that date shall be made by cash only.
  2. That if any time payment for fourteen (14) days accommodation is outstanding, and/or payment for veterinary attention is not made within fourteen (14) days, I authorise sale/disposal of the pets in any manner determined by the Resort.
  1. That no deposit paid to the Resort will be refunded. We DO NOT give DISCOUNTS or CREDITS if you collect your dog earlier than the days booked. If a dog is PICKED UP LATER than the days booked, the outstanding fees must be paid by CASH or EFTPOS at time of pickup.
  1. Terms and conditions subject to alteration by the Resort, (please read on each booking) these conditions shall apply each time pets are admitted to the care of the Resort.
  1. Out of Hours Pick Up and Drop Off – We do keep strict business hours as constant visitors upset the dogs. Some exceptions can be made by negotiation subject to availability and a surcharge of $50.00
  1. I acknowledge I have read and understood this and am entitled to a copy now or whenever required.
